Entire-Home Interior Design Project
This home interior design project combines timeless architecture with contemporary details to create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and distinctly personal. From custom breakfast nooks and a built-in wine wall to elegant arched entryways, every detail was thoughtfully designed to balance beauty, function, and everyday living.
Project:Wayne, Illinois
This custom breakfast nook is designed for connection, comfort, and everyday living. Featuring a modern floating bench, the space feels open, airy, and functional while maximizing seating. Blending timeless charm with clean, contemporary design, this breakfast nook creates the perfect setting for gathering, dining, and making memories.
This custom wine wall transforms exposed brick into a striking focal point, blending rustic texture with modern, temperature-controlled storage. Designed with both function and aesthetics in mind, the feature utilizes the original fireplace brick as a backdrop while maintaining optimal cooling conditions. The result is a bold, built-in wine display that elevates the space with warmth, character, and luxury design appeal.
I’ve always loved arched entryways. They come in many forms and can beautifully reinforce a home’s architectural style. For this home, I was aiming for a Modern Mediterranean vibe, and I feel like these arches capture that perfectly. Arched entryways paired with white walls remind me of walking through an art museum. Each one creates a sense of anticipation, inviting you to wonder what beauty awaits beyond the next opening.
